Quality beekeeping products are important for everyday consumption and healthy life. In addition, quality honey and beekeeping products are indispensable natural means for improving human health due to their unique medicinal and nutritional properties.
In today's reality, the consumer is often, unfortunately, disappointed with the quality of the products.
The purpose of the project is to encourage beekeeping, which will be beneficial for both producers and consumers.
The customer will receive quality products from the desired region.
- * Customers can rent beehives and get guaranteed quality and quantity at a discounted price.
- * All beehives are monitored by certified veterinary service and professional beekeepers.
- * Customers will get products with desired packaging and custom brand/personal label (including custom photo of the owner, kids etc).
- * Apiary is under constant support of FBIBA staff and GOLDBEE employees
- * Customers are free to select honey type (Available: Chestnut/Forest/May honey)
Geography
Georgia has a long history of beekeeping. So far, the oldest remains of honey in the world have been found in Georgia. Archaeologists have found honey remains on the inner surface of clay vessels unearthed an ancient tomb, dating back to some 5,500 years ago.
The gray Caucasus mountain honeybee, one of the world’s three types of honeybees, has a legendary ability to produce large amounts of honey despite cold weather and bad conditions. Georgia is the central homeland for the species. Caucasus bee’s proboscis length is about 7.3 mm, therefore it can reach nectar that its competitors cannot.
Conservation International recently designated Georgia as one of its 25 global "biodiversity hotspots" because of the area's exceptional number of endemic species (those found nowhere else). Endemic species comprise about 9% of Georgia 's flora, a surprisingly high proportion for so small country.

What customers will get
All customers will receive guaranteed quantity and quality products per 1 hive:
- * 10 kg honey
- * 50 gr natural skin ointment (based on propolis)
- * 100 gr pollen
Shipping
Shipping is not included in rental prices and will be calculated by carrier according to carrier’s current fees.
Production
Products will come with corresponding export documentation and certification.
Monitoring
Customers will have a possibility to monitor rented hives and receive updates regularly.
